Corporate Governance

The Directors monitor the business affairs of the Company on behalf of Shareholders and have formally adopted a corporate governance plan which is designed to encourage Directors to focus their attention on accountability, risk management and ethical conduct.

The Company’s Board of Directors is responsible for corporate governance of the Company. The Board develops strategies for the Company, reviews strategic objectives and monitors performance against those objectives. In carrying out the responsibilities and powers defined in the corporate governance plan, the board of directors of the Company recognises:

(a) it's overriding responsibility to act honestly, fairly, diligently and in accordance with the law in serving the interests of its shareholders; and 

(b) recognises it's duties and responsibilities to it's employees, customers and the community.

The Company is committed to the circulation of relevant materials to Directors in a timely manner to facilitate Directors’ participation in the Board discussions on a fully informed basis.
